1. Nature of Service
Mirrora is a technology platform that facilitates the transmission of portfolio composition signals from registered analysts to investors. Mirrora is not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager, or custodian. We do not hold client funds, execute trades on behalf of clients, or provide personalised investment advice.
2. Analyst Signal Providers
Analysts registered on Mirrora are independent signal providers who share portfolio compositions. They are not regulated investment advisers unless explicitly stated in their profile. Past portfolio compositions are not indicative of future results. All investment decisions are made by the investor at their own discretion.
3. Investor Responsibility
Investors are solely responsible for the investment decisions made in their own brokerage accounts. By subscribing to an analyst portfolio, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and that replicating any portfolio does not guarantee profitable outcomes. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
4. Interactive Brokers Integration
Mirrora integrates with Interactive Brokers (IBKR) to transmit trade signals. Your IBKR account credentials are never shared with Mirrora. You remain in full control of your account and may revoke API access at any time. Mirrora is not affiliated with Interactive Brokers Group.
5. Fees
Mirrora charges no platform fee on executed trades. Analysts set their own monthly and/or AUM-based fees, which are disclosed to investors before subscription. Fee payments are processed via Stripe. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a subscription period has commenced.
6. Account Termination
Mirrora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide materially false information. Upon termination, access to the platform is revoked immediately. Any open positions in your brokerage account remain yours and are unaffected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirrora shall not be liable for any investment losses, missed signals, technical failures, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
Mirrora may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
