Do I need to hand over my IBKR account credentials?+
No. You provide your IBKR Account ID (a read-safe identifier). Trade signals are sent via the IBKR API using your own API key, which you control and can revoke at any time.
Does Mirrora hold my money?+
Never. All funds remain in your own Interactive Brokers account. Mirrora only sends trade signals — we are not a broker, custodian, or fund manager.
What happens if the analyst closes their account?+
Your subscription is cancelled immediately. Any open positions in your IBKR account remain yours — they are not closed automatically unless you choose to close them.
How are analyst fees charged?+
Monthly fees are collected via Stripe at the time of subscription approval. AUM-based fees are billed monthly as a percentage of your allocated amount.
Are analysts regulated investment advisers?+
No. Analysts on Mirrora are signal providers sharing portfolio compositions. This is not personalised investment advice. Always consult a qualified adviser for regulated financial advice.
How do I become a verified analyst?+
Complete your profile, create at least one portfolio with positions, then request verification from your Settings page. The Mirrora team reviews applications within 24–48 hours.
